Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and specify the reason for the return.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage your Jim Shore figurines in their original branded gift boxes and protective styrofoam to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
